ESTIMATOR


SURYA PRIMA BAHTERA SHIPYARD BATAM is looking to take professionals and high motivated individuals to be part of our team.

1. ESTIMATOR
Key Responsibilities:
· Estimator with new building and repairing vessel cost estimating
· Produce cost estimation and production schedules for repairing or new building project.
· Work together especially with sales, purchasing, cost control and project manager to produce preliminary schedules and detail cost estimation for budgeting, bid preparation and proposal purpose.
· Build a database for project schedules and cost estimation.
· Able to read, analyze and interpret specs, drawing, technical and documents regulatory.
· Able to make reports, analysis/review and proposal in English.
Requirements:
· Age 28-35 years old
· University degree in technical or engineering preferably naval architecture or shipbuilding
· Having minimum 4 years proven experience as estimator in Shipyard Company.
· Strong proficient in MS Office and English language both oral and written.
· Familiar with all activities, requirements and resources concerning new building and repair ship
· Knowledge of repair standard and class requirements.
· Having knowledge about shipyard craft, MS Project, SPSS, and AutoCad will be an advantage.
