FINAL TEST

PT. Infineon Technologies Batam, is a semiconductor company (IC Assembly and Test) located in Batam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for dynamic experienced persons to be assigned as :

Technicians or Engineers at the following areas :
- FOL : familiar with process and/or equipment at Wafer Saw, Die Attach, or Wire Bond (Au or Al) areas - (code FOL)
- EOL : familiar with process and/or equipment at Molding, Plating, Marking, or Trim/Form areas - (code EOL)
- Final Test : strong Electronics background and familiar with programming language (such as C, Visual Basic). Having experience in Test equipments : Teradyne and/or Synchro will be an advantage - (code TEST)
- QM : daily analysis such as RPC, Physical Analysis, NDT (code QM)
Planners (code PL) :
- Knowledge in production flow and production planning is a must.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
IE Engineer (code IE) :
- Experience in IE jobs such as plant layout, capacity planning
- Familiar with Autocad software

General requirements :
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience.
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic graduates for Engineer position.
- Good communication skill in English : verbal and written
- Able to work under pressure, quick learner and team player
