1. Department Head & Supervisors - Hull
(Steel Work)
2. Department Head & Supervisors - QA/QC (Repairs)
3. Department Head & Supervisors - Electrical
4. Department Head & Supervisors Shipwright
(Docking operations, painting & Staging)
5. Department Head & Supervisors - Facilities
6. Project Superintendents - For Ship Repairs and
Conversion Projects.
7. Commercial Officers -Ship Repairs and Conversion
Projects (Billing & Estimating)
A.Requirements for posts 1 to 5.
For Department Heads
(Manage the department, plan, organize resources,
motivate staff to execute projects in a timely and
professional manner according to Marine rules,
regulations and practices.)
1.1 At least 2 year working experience in a reputable Shiprepair/shipbuilding yard as a Department Head.
1.2 Diploma / degree in Shipbuilding or Marine or Offshore Engineering.
1.3 Good in written and spoken English.
For Supervisors
(Supervise chargehands and workers, plan, organize
resources to carry out work on site.)
1.1 At least 2 year working experience in a reputable Shiprepair/shipbuilding yard as a Department Head.
1.2 Good in written and spoken English. B.Requirements for post 6.
(Plan, liaise with Clients, trade supervisors,
subcontractors, prepare Work Schedule and Cost
Control.)
1.1 At least one year working experience in a reputable Shiprepair/shipbuilding yard as a Project
Superintendent in Shiprepair or Shipbuilding department.
1.2 Diploma / degree in Shipbuilding or Marine or Offshore Engineering.
1.3 Good in written and spoken English. C.Requirements for post 7.
(Estimate, bill, sub-contract, budget and cost control for
Shiprepair/Shipbuilding.)
1.1 At least one year working experience in a reputable Shiprepair/Shipbuilding yard as a Commercial Officer.Diploma / degree in Shipbuilding or Marine or Offshore Engineering.
