1. HR Manager
General Requirements:
1. Minimum S1 in Law or Psychology
2. Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skill
3. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendation
4. Knowledge of employment, compensation, labor relations, benefit and development
5. Have five years Human Resource experience
6. Fluently in English and Windows Application
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
Special Requirements:
1. Experience in Industrial Relationship, Personnel & GA administration, manpower laws, recruitment, organization development
2. Having experience in HSE documentation
3. Knowledge of AK3, has AK3 certificate is preferable
