Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking high potential employees to fill in a vacancy position in our Batam site.

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to ensure plant and employee safety.
• Manage, monitor and evaluate the HSE system and company policies and procedures to ensure compliance to the local HSE regulations.
• Develop and implement HSE activities to promote and encourage health and safety among the employees to achieve accident-free records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Safety or Environment or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experiences in the same position.
• Possess General K3 from Ministry of Manpower or other EHS.
• Knowledge of Indonesia Regulation, Hazard Identification, accident/ incident investigation.
• Knowledge in behavior safety will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and SMK3 are preferred.
General Requirements:
• Possess good analytical skill inclusive of knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
• Speak and write English language fluently.
• Be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
