PED ASST. SUPERVISOR

PT JMS Batam, a leading manufacturer of disposable medical devices need qualified and dynamic candidates who are able to work under pressure with good leadership and analytical skills, Knowing of Manufacturing Industry field is advantage and can communicate well in English for the following positions:

1. PED ASST. SUPERVISOR (Code : PED)
a. Requirement :
- Female Max 26 years old, Male max 27 years old
- Diploma / Degree from Engineering & Science background
b. Responsible for:
- Assist in setting quality control of molded part with vendor
- Coordinate with Batam vendors and MTC to reach a common understanding of projects
- Coordinate mold test run to determine optimum process parameters and supplying of First Article samples using the selected condition, for Batam Vendors Molding

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR (Code : QAS)
a. Requirement :
- Female max 30 years old.
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology and Pharmacy will be preferable.
b. Responsible for :
- Coordinator and Supervision of testing, validation & qualification.
- Investigate microbiological / environmental contamination of products / production process.
- Assist in improving and developing quality system in Quality Assurance Dept.
- Assist in setting and implementing quality standards and ensure that product comply to the company's specification.

3. HR EXECUTIVE (Code : HRE)
a. Requirement :
- Male, max 35 years old
- Degree in Law or Psychology from reputable university.
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law
- Knowledge with HR function & experienced 1-2 years in MNC
b. Responsible for :
- Establishing company policy and guideline
- Grievance handling & Manpower Cases
