CASTING PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. Casting Production Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Possess 5-10 years experience in Manufacturing Including Casting, E-Coatings & Machining,
Preferable in Casting and Machining of HDD Industry with working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC and ISO 9001:2000
- Control Quality of Production and Monitoring process yield
- Verify Customer's Claim, Conduct Investigation & Close all CA
- Coordinate FA & Engineering Evaluation
- Independent & Self driven with good problem solving

2. QA Engineers for Casting and E-Coatings
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or the related field
- Possess 3-5 years working experience as a QA Engineer, preferable in Coatings and Casting of HDD Industry with the working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC, and ISO 9001:2000
- Have strong leadership, fluent in English and able to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

3. HSE Officer
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemicals Engineering
- Possess 3-5 years working experience as HSE Officer Manufacturing
- Having Certificate of AK3 from Environmental department will be an advantage
- Responsible to meet waste water quality as per Government Requirements
- Familiar with Chemical hazardous and protective tools.

4. Process/Improvement Engineer
Requirements:
- STM/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Chemicals or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in die casting process, process optimization.
- Hands-on experience in process parameter setting and control.
- Understanding of quality problem of aluminum die casting, root cause analysis, problem solving.
- Basic knowledge in die casting mold design.
- Possess 3 years working experience.

5. Maintenance Engineer
Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience in die casting process of HDD aluminum casting.
- Experience in Toyo die casting machine and Toshiba die casting machine is required.
- Knowledge in hydraulic system, control system, PLC, pneumatic system.
- Hand-on experience in die casting machine trouble shooting.

6. Die Casting Tooling Specialist
Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience in HDD aluminum die casting mold fabrication, mold repairing and services.
- Strong hands-on experience in mold assy, repairing and service.
- Experience in EDM/Grinding / Milling & Turning
- Understand of die casting mold and hands-on experience in problem solving thru mold improvement.
- Good understanding of HDD mold - critical dimension, functions area.

Ø All position must be able to work in shifts, National Public Holiday and also on Weekend if needed.
