MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are looking for urgently required the following post as below : SMT Engineer Requirements : 1. Male / Female above 25 years old. 2. Degree / S1 in Engineering. 3. Experience in SMT Machines such as YAMAHA or any modular machine. 4. Experience in SMT Process and Able to generate work introduction and loading list. 5. Experience on BOA Concept and repair. Job Description : a. Repair and maintenance all SMT equipment including BGA repair station. b. Generate work instruction and generate loading UST for all new product and transfer. c. Work closely to NPI and production for any improvement on the product. d. Knowledge of SMT YAMAHA machines repair / program. e. Knowledge of computer. Maintenance Engineer ( ME ) Requirements : 1. Male 25-35 years old. 2. Degree / S1 in Engineering. 3. Experience in supervision of technicians 4. Good knowledge in SMT process, TPM concept and lean manufacturing. 5. Knowledge of set up, operation & maintenance of wave solder machine 6. Knowledge of machine troubleshooting 7. Familiar with Microsoft office. 8. Able to write and spoke English Job Description : a. To supervise & group of maintenance technicians for preventive maintenance & production support. b. To maintain & monitor quality of wave solder machine. c.
