ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

Assistant HR Manager
(Riau Batam)

Responsibilities :
• Support corporate HR in Corporate reporting and other corporate governance policies and procedures
• Responsible for day to day operations and full HR Spectrum that include recruitment, contract renewals, compensation and benefits, and performance management
• Liaise with goverment authorities and other related parties on HR issues
• Provide leadership in achieving the organization’s goals and objectives
Requirements :
• Possess at least (S1) or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or its equivalanet with 3 years experience in HR related field
• Well versed in local labor laws and legislations, HR policies and procedures
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Able to start work in short notice will be advantages.
