Executive Secretary
to Managing Director

Requirements :
• Female (preferably single)
• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree
• Detail oriented, self-motifated, super- organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good planning and management skills
• Excellent communication skill, presentable and neat look
• Proficient in English (Spoken & written) is a must
• Mandarin fluency would be an advantage
• PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Able to travel on short notice when necessary
• Min. of 2-3 years relevant experience.
Job Description :
• Asst. Managing Director in various projects management and planning
• Planning for overseas and international travels.
• Perform critical company confidential matters as directed.


1. Senior Electrician
Requirements :
• Male
• Education background min. DIII in Electrical Engineering
• Can read and interpret electrical diagram, PLC
• Able to control troubleshoot, build and repair panel (Generator set)
• Min. 10 years relevant experience.

2. Mechanic
Requirements :
• Male, STM or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant working experience on mechanic
• Good knowledge to overhaul diesel Engine & low Speed Engine
(Genset Engine)
• Min. 5 years relevant experience.

3. Machinist/TK Bubut
Requirements :
• Male
• Min. 5 years relevant experience
• Good skill in machining (Bubut)
• Able to operate milling and grinding machine.

Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
• Responsible in QA related issues and
operational matters
• Conduct regular internal quality/process audits at workshops to assess quality effectiveness
• Provide training to achieve and develop
performance objectives
• Prepare and develop Strategic Quality plans, formulate QC checklistts, inspection and
procedures
• Prepare testing and inspection reports and
documentations.
Skills and expecrience required :
• Degree in electrical and mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in the Marine, Shipyard, and Oil & Gas Industry
• Possess ISO 9001 and Quality Control Auditor Certification
• Strong leadership skills and with passion in quality and HSE Management
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English
(verbal and written).
