As part of our global expansions, we seek qualified personnel for our new PT EPCOS factory in Batam in the following field:

Product Development Engineer

Your functions:
- Development of new products for customer.
- Improve existing products to reduce cost.
- Support production to analyse process / product failures.
Your profile:
- Degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Innovative , creative and analytical skills
- Having minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
- Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and reporting. Able to work independently.

- Must be proficient in English, Mandarin/ Japanese would be advantageous.
