ASSISTANT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

As part of our global expansions, we seek qualified personnel for our new PT EPCOS factory in Batam in the following field:

1. Assistant Product Development Engineer
Your functions:
- Development of new products for customer.
- Improve existing products to reduce cost.
- Support production to analyse process / product failures.

2. Assistant Research & Development Engineer
Your functions:
- Development of thermistor sensors, starting with conceptual design up to production support.
- Provides technical support to product Marketing.
- Support QA during failure analysis

3. QA Assistant Engineer
Your functions:
- Handling customer claims & customer feed back.
- Quality improvement.
- Circulation & monitoring of the Product Release documentation.
- Reporting (monthly repor )&up date the documents.
- Internal audit & follow up the audit finding.

4. Store Supervisor
Your functions:
- Handling the material store activities & manpower arrangement.
- Inventory control, monitoring of goods receiving
from local and overseas and issuing to production.
- Maintaining good house keeping and disciplines in store.

5. Production Assistant Supervisor
Your functions:
- Execute and co-ordinate hourly/daily/weekly/monthly production schedules.
- Control daily output , operator efficiency and machine utilization.
- Plan and co-ordinate daily allocation of manpower to achieve production target.
- Set & implement Standard Operating Procedure, Manufacturing Instruction in line with
good Manufacturing Practice to facilitate supervision for product quality and process control.
Your profile:
- Male, max 28 years old ( 1 ).
- Male / Female, max 28 years old ( 2,3,4,5 ).
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience min 1 year ( 2,3,4,5 ).
- Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply ( 1 ).
- Ability to draw 3D with CAD is a must, send the drawing sample with the application ( 1,2 )
- Having Software programming skill design ( 1 )
- Strong analytical skill ( 1,2 )
- Familiar with testing equipment ( 2 )
- Good communication and reporting. Able to work independently.
- Must be proficient in English and computer literate.
6. Finance Controlling Manager / Finance Controlling Staff
Your functions :
Overall management of the financial & accounting.
Your profile:
" At least 8 years financial-related experience with at least 5 years in a financial controlling capacity or similar senior financial management positions ( Manager )
" At least 5 years financial-related experience with at least 3 years in a financial controlling capacity or similar senior financial management positions ( Staff ).
" Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or recognized professional accounting qualification.
" Experience in large audit firms an advantage .
" Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards .
" Experienced in computerized accounting systems, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
" Strong technical and organizational skills
" Highly committed with ability to work under pressure and be willing to take a hands-on approach and deliver results.
