Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus program dimungkinkan untuk menjalani ikatan dinas dengan perusahaan.

Persyaratan Umum :
• Pria, usia maksimum 23 tahun
• Lulusan SMK Kimia, SMK Mesin, Elekto / SMU jurusan IPA
• Nilai rata-rata ijazah 7.0 (skala 10)
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Lulus semua tahapan seleksi
