QA - INCOMING PROCCESS QUALITY ASSURANCE ASST. ENGINEER

PANASONIC SHIKOKU ELECTRONICS BATAM is seeking candidates with general requirement who have excellent work attitude & strong interpersonal skill, efficient & self motivated person, strong character and hard working person, able to speak English both oral and written, computer literate (MS Office) for the following positions: 1. QA- Incoming Process Quality Assurance Asst. Engineer (IPQA) Ø Min. D3 Graduated in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Science Ø Min. 2 years experience as IPQA or Process Engineer Ø Have a good knowledge in ISO9001 and In-Process Quality matters. Ø Familiar with ESD/RoHS, using 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, GR&R will be an advantage. Ø In process yield & reject monitoring, line audit, 4M qualification and ensure Engineering Change (EC) implementation Ø Have experience in preparing procedure, work instruction, check sheet, and other document related 2. QA- Customer Support Asst. Engineer (CSE) Ø Min. D3 Graduated in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Science Ø Min. 2 years experience in QA especially for customer service. Ø Familiar with using QC Tools, problem solving and FACA/8D Ø Ability to communicate with all levels of management is an advantage Ø Manage, organize and conduct failure analysis for all the failure return from customer Ø Lease with customer for regular communication & reporting and for any customer complaint & feedback Ø Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) for any new models 3. Development Engineer (DE) Ø Minimum D3 Graduate, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering. Ø Experience in handling of evaluation and failure analisys is an advantage. Ø Supporting of Engineering Sample Build. Ø Production Yield Improvement Studies & Failure Analysis. Ø Production Process Improvement Studies. Ø Evaluation of New Materials & Parts (including New Supplier).
