MATERIAL PLANNER

An established Rig Building Offshore Company Location in Tanjung Uncang - Batam currently is seeking qualified people to fulfill with following positions : 1. Material Planners/Controllers - 10 positions Preferred Competencies : Should have previous planning experience, preferably in a shipyard environment. Reporting to the Project Planner, the role involves working within the Project Team in a planning role, in determining what material/ equipment is required at what stage of the project, tracking project material/equipment from receipt until project completion, with project plans being continually updated to accurately reflect true progress. Able to communicate in English 2. Project Engineers - 10 positions Preferred Competencies : Should be competent in the workings of a busy new building shipyard. A professional qualification in Engineering or similar, or time-served marine background would be an advantage. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves ‘Project Managing’ smaller work packages/areas of a large offshore fabrication project. Each Project Engineer will liaise with the various trade disciplines and will ‘Project Manage’ his/her assigned area resulting in the successful completion of work packages to the required standards of safety and quality in accordance with pre-determined schedules. Able to communicate in English 3. Commissioning Mechanical Technician - 4 positions Preferred Competencies : Mechanical trade with good all-round understanding of assembly and pressure testing techniques and good mechanical experience, 2 years experiences at similar experiences. Able to communicate in English. Diploma holder from mechanical 4. Commissioning Electrical Technician - 6 positions Preferred Competencies : Understand to read Technical Drawing of Electrical, 2 years experiences at similar experiences. Able to communicate in English.
