PROCESS ENGINEER (PS)

Jobs & Responsibilities: • Monitor process performance indices and establish good control to maintain process performance • Troubleshoot critical out-of-control situations on existing process and decide on the lot dis position in an out-of-spec situation • Improve qualified process using technical knowledge and quality improvement tool achieved higher yield and better quality • Work with cross functional team to resolve development &/or product issues • Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, training and documentation • Work with equipment engineer to maximize productivity of the equipment • Start up new equipment process which involve process characterization and development • Maintain wire bond process yield and reliability • Improve yield, reliability and productivity. • Support new product introduction. Requirements: • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Applied Physics. • Minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor assembly • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team Nb. * The vacancy is opened on Pebruary 14, 2009 and will be closed on Pebruary 21, 2009
