PT. TWC Bintan is an Oil and Gas Construction and Marine Shipyard company. We are currently expanding our operation which requires highly motivated person and team player to fill the following positions which will be base in Bintan Island Kepulauan Riau: PIPING DRAFTER o Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine shipbuilding/ Mechanical Engineering With min 2 years experiences o Prepare piping drawings in accordance with design and classification requirement o Review basic design drawings in accordance with design and classification requirement o Able to Operating AUTO CAD and Microsoft office o Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as team player o With strong interpersonal skill and self motivation ESTIMATOR FOR SHIPBUILDING AND REPAIR DIVISION o University degree in technical or engineering preferably naval architecture or marine shipbuilding o Min 4 years experience as estimator in Marine Shipyard Company o Familiar with all repair activities, class requirement standard and resources concerning new building and marine ship repair. o In charge of estimating cost report and production schedules for new shipbuilding and ship repairing vessel activities o Having knowledge about shipyard craft , and AutoCAD will be an advantage o Able to read, analyse and interpret specs, drawing, international codes technical and documents regulatory. o Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people ESTIMATOR FOR OIL AND GAS SERVICES o University degree in technical or engineering o Min 4 years experience in oil and gas jacket and process modules o Familiar with all activities, international requirement standard and resources concerning jacket and process modules. o In charge of estimating cost report and production schedules for new jacket and process modules activities o Having knowledge about jacket and modules , and AutoCAD will be an advantage o Able to read, analyse and interpret specs, drawing, international codes technical and documents regulatory. o Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people HSE ENGINEER o Diploma / Degree holder with min 5 years experience in marine shipbuilding and infrastructure engineering and oil and gas industries. o Good knowledge in Safety, Quality and Health procedures and systems and in charge of implementing Standard Operational Procedures. o Well organize and be able to take charge of HSE function and provide safety training relevant to HSE requirement o Conduct safety audit in accordance with project management o Provide technical advice into all project areas on HSE matters and ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, standards and Codes of Practice. MANAGING DIRECTOR SECRETARY o Degree at least a minimum Diploma in private secretarial ship o Female , preferably 27 years and above o Minimum 4 years working experience in performing secretarial function , especially reporting to top management personnel in organization o Possess good command of written and spoken English o Computer literate in MS office and other essential office productivity tools o Provide secretarial and administrative support and handles confidential matters o Coordinate and schedule appointments , meeting and travel o Assists and handles personal matters instructed by Managing Director o Responsible for maintaining and distribution of incoming faxes , letters and emails MATERIAL CONTROLLER o Diploma / Degree holder with 2 years experience as Material Controller in Shipyard company or oil and gas company o Understand about material control organization , material Types and Material identification o Having experience in Cost Management , scheduling and store management o Organize the work to be the most productive possible o Responsible for the control of consumable and issue of material supplied for Vendor packages as required o Responsible for tools equipment and material inventories o Speak Good English and Computer Literate is a must. DIMENSION CONTROLLER o Diploma / Degree with 2 years experience as Dimension Controller in Marine Shipyard company o Prepare theoretical dimensional and implementation of coordinate measuring system o Carry out inspection of dimensional for fit –up and post welding o Prepare and implementation of dimensional procedure o Maintaining inspection result, measuring equipment and reporting o Involve in Land Survey and Mapping including construction Project o Possess strong perseverance and enthusiasm FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT o Degree Holder with at least 5 years of related management experience in shipyard construction and development , facility and maintenance work o Good interpersonal , communication skills and problem solving skills o Strong leadership and analytical skills o Work closely with the project manager to enforce quality standard and work progress o Organize , direct , control and assign duties and responsibilities for facilities and maintenance supervisor and workers o Develop , compile , update and maintain an inventory of shipyard assets in the workshop o Organize maintenance / repairs activities that require annual shutdowns for execution during shipyard shutdown o Conduct and supervise routine and non routine repairs TOWER/ CRANE OPERATOR o Min 3 years of experiences with min High school graduated with max age of 45 years old o Having all necessary certification as a Tower Crane Operator o Able to work long hours and independently Interested applicants are invited to send the application, expected salary and other supporting documents not later than 7 days after this advertisement to: PO BOX 007 Human Resources Department PT.
